WARRANTY

S2B Distribution ensures that all the S2B Distribution products come with a 1 Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the original purchaser from the date of purchase. However, this warranty does not cover normal wear of the product, misuse, improper care, mishandling, accident, abuse or abnormal use of the product, use the product other than in accordance with its intended damages caused by improper use or unauthorized repair or maintenance; if the product is modified or altered or constitutes a product not sold by S2B Distribution to the distributor or manufactured by S2B Distribution.

RETURNS

Procedure

1. Fill up the RMA request form on www.s2bdistribution.com page.

2. S2B RMA department will process your request and send you a RMA number within a delay of 48 business hours.

3. Print out the RMA form and ship along with the defective devices for verification and please ensure to mark RMA# on outside of the carton shipment box.

4. Please note the RMA number is valid for a period of thirty (30) days. All unauthorized products will be returned at your expense.

5. Following the evaluation of the returned merchandise, a credit memo will be applied to the account and sent by email.

- Please note that the product(s) should be returned in his original package with all pieces included. Missing piece may result in restocking fee charge.
